Our topic this term is called "Cool Stuff!" During this topic we will be looking at how appliances around the home have become more advanced, exploring how we have become almost reliant on them for entertainment and how they can keep us healthy/safe. We will also get opportunities to become a spy after half term, cracking codes, making up aliases, rendezvous in mysterious locations and using and designing a variety of spy gadgets, so look out 007!
In Art we will be looking at the different types of Urban Art. These will range from graffiti as an art form to street artists.
As part of our History topic of Coal Mining we will be visiting The Big Pit on the 7th February 2013. Further information on this educational visit will be sent out shortly
The children are already very excited by this but not as much as Mr Williams!
